Product Description

This continuous nut roaster is ideal for a variety of products, including peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pine nuts, pistachios, cashews, sunflower seeds, and sweet potatoes. Its food-grade stainless steel construction allows for processing both wet and salted products. Roasting is performed using a forced-air process with alternating bottom and top heating, resulting in a pure, homogeneous product.

The roaster is equipped with a PLC control panel, allowing for quick and easy adjustment of various processing parameters. The switchboard features a system for recording various processing parameters. These parameters are readily visible, allowing for inspection and evaluation of roasting results throughout the entire process.

The entire equipment design ensures superior roast quality, correct color, and the appropriate moisture content.
